Please note, the practice will close each Monday 1pm to 2pm for staff training, and one afternoon a month. We are not open on Bank holidays. This is part of an agreement with our local ICB to allow for staff development and service improvement. These dates are advertised on our website, on our Facebook page and in the practice in advance. 

From 1st October 2025 our online request system, PATCHs is available from 8am to 6.30pm each day whilst we are open, unless the system is paused due to unprecedented demand or technical issues. This is at the discretion of the duty triage doctor.

Thursday 1st January - Closed New Year's Day 

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
