Important: Phonelines
Our phonelines close at 6pm and are forwarded onto MasterCall but our NORTH site is still open till 6:30pm and 8pm on Tuesdays.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

From Monday 13th April 2026 the practice will be fully open throughout core hours on a Monday 8am - 6.30pm at our North site, and 8am - 6pm at South.

The Reddish Family Surgeries are committed to providing services that are equally accessible to all patients. Attempts have been made to enable access for everyone, including those who may have some disability. If, however, you have a personal problem regarding access, please do not hesitate to inform a member of staff and we will put measures in place to resolve it for you.
- Disabled Parking - is available at both sites - the use is for disabled patients only.
- Disabled Toilet - The Practice has disabled toilets facilities.
- Hearing Loop - We have a portable hearing loop that can be used in the reception or Consultation Room - Please let the receptionist/ doctor know if this would be helpful.
- Assistance Dogs - are welcome to have access to all areas of the Practice.
