Appointments

Please ring 0161 983 9797 to book an appointment at either or main practice or our branch surgery.

Alternatively, GP appointments are also available online - https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk

Patients can make and cancel appointments by telephoning, online or calling at the surgery during surgery practice hours.

Routine Appointments

Patients are able to book routine appointments 3 weeks in advance.

Emergency Appointments

If you feel that you need to see a doctor URGENTLY please make it clear to the receptionist and you will be given an emergency appointment.

If the Doctor feels that it isn’t an emergency then you will be asked to re-book.

We also offer pre-booked Telephone Appointments

Home Visits

If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:00AM if you require a home visit.

A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.

Cancellation of appointment

If you are unable to make your appointment please do let us know so that we can offer it to another patient who might really need to see a doctor.
