Can you please complete this short survey on how you commute to the practice?
The NHS has produced this survey to investigate healthier green travel in the local area. The aim is to embed smarter, more sustainable travel that can have tangible health, well-being, and productivity benefits for our staff, patients, and the planet!

The practice will be closed every Monday from 1-2pm. for staff training. If you require immediate medical attention then please call the practice 0161 983 9797. 

We also close one afternoon a month for staff training. Details and dates are advertised on our homepage, via our facebook page and within the practice.
